As you face the car, look to the right side of the engine. The thermostat (the one that opens as the engine warms to allow coolant to get to the radiator) is behind the hose coming from the engine block. It's below the coil pack (the box with all the spark plug wires connected to it). WHere the radiator hose meets the engine block.
