as on almost any gasoline engine vehicle, you can find it by following the top radiator hose. one end of this hose is attached to the radiator and the other end is attached to the thermostat housing. the housing is attached to the engine block with two bolts. remove the end of the hose and then take these two bolts out and, carefully, remove the housing. the thermostat is right under the housing. parts in the coolant system are usually stuck together, so initially, a little tapping on the side of the housing may help loosen it. also, the thermostat may either be stuck to the engine block, or inside the housing when you remove that. (its usually in the block). try looking for a picture of a thermostat on the internet for reference. heres a link...... http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com/performance_parts/images/701296442.jpg hope this was helpful.
