Where the lower radiator hose enters the engine block. You have to pull the timing belt off and all the covers to get to it and possibly the front end of the vehicle. But its not too bad

80,000 Miles or 6 years to be safe. I think it is 90,000 recommended. The rubber that the belt is made of wears with age. I did mine on a 02 a4 v6 at 80,000 miles.
