Hi,
The thermostat is located on the driver side of the van, very close to the throttle body. If you follow the upper radiator hose back to the engine, it will lead you right to it, or at least the thermostat housing. I have provided a link that shows the location of the thermostat housing
Once note: These are NOT the easiest things to change in these vans. It requires removing a few extra pieces to get to the screws and bolts that hold the thermostat housing on.
