Always follow the top radiator hose towards the engine the thermosat is inside the housing at the end shaped like an oval with 2 bolts.
Here are the specs for both cars and you be the judge..... 1998 Ford mustang specs: 6 cylinder 150hp 215 ft lb 1998 Chevy cavalier specs: 4 cylinder 115hp 130ft lb i say the mustang will win...
yes as long as the grand am is a 2.4 twin cam also
Personal choice Taurus is a 6 cylinder Cavalier normally is a 4 cylinder
you can look in a haynes repair manual for it or contact your dealer
how do you replace ignition switch on a 1992 Chevy cavalier 2.2 4 cylinder
unbolt it
4 quarts with oil filter
1-3-4-2
No pcv valve that can be serviced, the 1998 and later 2.2L OHV engines are equipped with an oil/air separator that is located inside the valve rocker arm cover that requires no maintenance. I have a 1998 Cavalier RS Coupe and I love it, also love my 2003 Mustang.
where is the number 4 cylinder on a 1998 toyota 4 runner v 6 engine
if this is anything like my 96 cavalier engine, it should be the left most cylinder as you look down on the engine, probable firing order would be 1, 3, 2, 4 [1] [2] [3] [4] front of car
no it is not. the bolt pattern on the back of the engine where the transmission bolts up is different. the cavalier is front wheel drive, the s-10 is rear wheel drive
