It is located on the bottom of the throttle body. You can find the throttle body by following the two big air pipes from the air filter box, they end at the throttle body. To access the throttle position censor you must remove the throttle body.

Disconnect battery negative. You have to take off your throttle and cruise control cables from the top of your throttle body. Then unplug your idle motor and TP sensor. Then take and remove and mark all your vacuum hoses from the throttle body. Remove the 4 bolts holding the throttle body to the plenium. Unbolt the TPS and install in reverse. Get a new throttle body gasket in case you old one rips but I would use a new one anyway.

The EVP (EGR Valve Position) sensor is mounted atop the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve near the right side of the throttle body (5.0L and 5.8L). The entire assembly is near the front of the right side of the engine. The EVP sensor has a three-wire electrical connector and attaches to the EGR valve with three small screws. The sensor is mounted in the same location atop the EGR valve on the 4.9L (inline 6) however the entire assembly is nearer the mid-point (fore-to-aft) of the engine.
