THERE IS ONE ON THE GAS PEDAL AND ONE IN THE THROTTLE BODY. THIS VEHICLE DOES NOT USE A THROTTLE CABLE, IT HAS WHAT IS CALLED " FLY BY WIRE " .

It is located between the camshafts right behind the camshaft pulley's.

Since it is a throttle body, check to make sure that the cable is not binding, if it is, replace it. If the cable is free moving, it is either the Idle Air Control valve, or the Throttle Position Sensor. Those are the most common culprits.
