It is on the floor beside the front passenger seat right by the door under a plastic panel that is accessible by unscrewing a hold down screw that can be reached from behind the seat.
The tire jack is located in the rear inside of your Chevy blazer. The jack can be found in a side compartment.
There should be a jack in the compartment behind the back seat.
It should be in the same compartment as the jack - behind the seat. Agreed. I have a '97 Ford Ranger. The jack and jack handle are in a compartment behind the passenger seat.
tire jack located in engine compartment beside the battery, rest of tools in rear door pocket.

On a 1996 Ford Taurus sedan , the spare tire goes in the well under the trunk carpet with the outside of the wheel facing down ( the tire jack is mounted inside of the back side of the tire rim which faces up )
Lift out the compartment behind the passenger seat. It should be under there.
Believe it or not on top of the spare tire (according to the sticker in the storage compartment)
the battery is loacted behind the front tire on the driver's side. You have to jack up the car and remove the tire. Behind the tire is a compartment where the battery is located. There is a cover to the compartment. If I remember correctly, there are two screws that hold it on.
