On the Mazda b series truck that are carburated there is not a tps sensor. The only adjustments on this particular application is the idle speed, choke adjustment. If for some reason the idle is high all the time the linkage needs to be cleaned and lubricated with some liquid wrench and or graphite powder to free up the binding.Unless another issue with the carb like a air/fuel solenoid is stuck and or the float is out of adjustment and carb may need a rebuild.Just throwing some ideas of what might be going on.These trucks are notorious for sticking chokes keeping the idle high until warm and finally it will idle down properly.Clean the outside with carb cleaner or brake cleaner(NOTE use brake cleaner ONLY on the outside of the carb to clean greasy residue).
