Depends on the year. It is on the dash on all of them. It may say VSA, TC, or just may have a picture of a car skidding. If it is older than a 2001 it does not have traction control.
TCS stands for Traction Control System. Pushing the button turns the traction control off.

That light indicates the Traction Control has been turned off. Turn the Traction Control System (TRC) back on and the light will go out. Button is on dash next to steering wheel.
The exclamation point in a triangle means the Traction Control (TRC) is turned off. Find the TRC button located on the dash or on the shift lever and turn the Traction Control back on. No reason to ever turn it off under normal circumstances.

There is a button in the glove box on the upper left, just push it and it disables the traction control. It resets when you shut the car off.

The selective traction control didn't appear until the 1998 model year but traction control started to be installed in 1995.
The R off button beside the TC (traction control) is the reverse sensor and beeper.
