It is hidden behind the instrument panel and right beside the top left vent in the dash on the drivers side. I'm not talking about the vents on the very top of the dash where the windshield is. You will have to POP the plastic instrument cover / dash off. It just snaps in place.

You should find the ECM (Engine Control Module) also known as PCM (Power Control Module) under the right side of the dash (passenger side).
The power door lock control module should be in with the jack or next to that compartment.
Take the inside of the glove box out and it will be down to the right
A 1999 Ram does not have a transfer case control module.

it's located behind the headlight switch and push button 4wd control. the plastic piece just pops out to reveal the transfer case control module. good luck

A 1995 Dodge Ram does not have a transfer case control module. The transfer case is mechanically controlled.
A 1994 does not have a control module on the transfer case. But it does have a 4x4 Actuator on the front differential.
