From what I know and have heard, the automatic trans on this car is sealed. Meaning there's no dipstick.
In a 1997 Nissan Altima, the transmission dipstick is located next to the motor. The dipstick has a red handle to pull out.
Where is the automatic transmission dipstick located on a 1999 VW golf GL
Next to the starter
there isn't one
It is the center to the right of the engine...
Assuming you have an automatic transmission the dipstick is located under the hood on the passenger side in back of the engine, close to the firewall.
1997 Saturn sc2 loction of transmission dipstick
There is no actual dipstick on the 1997 volkswagen jetta. The way to check the level is a little odd. Under the car on the drivers side of the engine behind the front wheel there is a plug. It can be pulled out and that is how you check the level. It is similar to checking a differential. You will need a funnel with extension hose on it to fill the fluid.
Add transmission fluid via the transmission dipstick tube located near the firewall.
There isn't one. You fill through the dipstick tube.
Just to the front and side of the brake master cylinder
There is no dipstick. It is a matenance free trans.
