The filler plug is on the rear section of the transmission that the drive shafts bolt on to, it looks alot like the drain plug and is fairly obvious. The tranny itself fills from the dipstick tube.

For a Nissan Sentra with a manual transmission, the transmission has two plugs . One is a filler plug, which is on its side near the front driver-side tire and clutch cable, and the other is a drain plug, which is at the bottom of the transmission. To add fluid, take off the filler plug and add fluid (most likely 4-GL). REMINDER: if you plan to replace the old transmission fluid, make sure you can remove the filler plug before you drain the transmission.

There is no transmission dip stick for a manual transmission. Filler/level plug is located on the gearbox very similar to a manual box filler/level plug there is no dipstick fitted to this model.
