small resessed Allen plug on the right side of the tranny if its a left sided drive. it will be between to bolts that hold the plate on it looks a bit different then any other of the bolts
Presuming you are asking about the 5-speed and not the automatic.It is on the bottom of the transmission, and is recessed. It requires a special tool.Later 900s did not have a drain plug for the transmission.
An autimatic transmission will have a 4 speed transmission and a manual transmission will have a 5 speed transmission.
