Are you sure you replaced the Turn Signal Flasher Relay? Some vehicles has a relay for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. Possibly you changed the wrong one. It is also possible you purchased a new defective part. It happens although rarely.
There is no sensor. There is a turn signal flasher relay and hazard flasher relay. They are located somewhere under the dash. Where I could not say. You just have to look for them. Look in your owner's manual, and it may list the location. If not go to www.autozone.com and use the component location tool.
