Are you sure you replaced the Turn Signal Flasher Relay? Some vehicles has a relay for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. Possibly you changed the wrong one. It is also possible you purchased a new defective part. It happens although rarely.

There is no sensor. There is a turn signal flasher relay and hazard flasher relay. They are located somewhere under the dash. Where I could not say. You just have to look for them.
