You have replaced all of the bulbs and flasher on your 1991 isuzu pickup yet all 4 turn signals dont work you can hear the flasher workink but the dsh indicators dont work and niether do the turn sign?
You need to pull the steering wheel and clean the contacts at the turn signal lever itself. Reference the manual for pulling the steering wheel and then be carful not to lose any of the small parts in the signal switch. Should take about 20 minutes to fix.
