You need to pull the steering wheel and clean the contacts at the turn signal lever itself. Reference the manual for pulling the steering wheel and then be carful not to lose any of the small parts in the signal switch. Should take about 20 minutes to fix.
Check the flasher for the turn signals which is under the dash on the left side of the steering column . It is different from the emergency flasher.
