Behind the brake caliper plate are to holes. You will see a label that says loosen. Loosen the brake shoes from the drum by pressing in the adjustment wheel locking plate and then spinning the adjusted wheel away from the caliper plate. Only need to spin the adjustment wheel a couple of turns.
On the front side of the drum. Remove the two 14mm bolts that holds the drum on during manufacturing. There are two different holes, on the front of the drum, that have thread. I do not remember the size of the bolt, but the tread is the same size as the first two bolts that were first removed. Take those bolts to the hardware store and get two more like them except they need to be 4inchs long. Thread the bolts into the other two holes and tighten each a little at a time and the hub will slide right off.

NO... Its too loud and not comfortable... i drive 2005 npr about 600 miles a day and that truck is not made for this. I would recommend a fuso truck its much more better and i had less problems with it

You need to take the valve cover off and set the engine to TDC for #1 and then TDC for #3 and so forth. you NEED a set of feeler gauges, you need the repair maunal to find the proper adjustment clearnces unless it is on your car's engine decal under the hood. (rule of thumb, adjust the valves when engine is under 100 degrees, also there should be a SLIGHT drag of the proper feeler gauge when the its set right.)

It is located in the exhaust manifold, and is very easy to replace. All you need is a crow's wrench (available at auto zone in the help! section) and a 3/4 in. and 3/8 in. ratchet. Use an 11mm socket to remove the 3 bolts holding on the heat shield and the o2 sensor is directly below that on the front side of the manifold. Remove the old sensor and make sure the threads in the manifold are clean and insert the new sensor plug it into the harness and you're good to go. Now turning off the light that comes on automatically every 90k miles is a whole other story.
