Follow the top radiator hose to where it meets the housing that goes into the driver's side of the engine, the thermostat is in that housing.
Which one?
You have to remove the Intake
To remove a stubborn clamp on a collapsed PCV hose on a 2000 Ford Focus ZTS, cut the hose lengthwise, being careful to get part of the cut under the clamp. Then replace with a new hose and clamp.
do u have a diragram
Lok at the engine end of the upper radiator hose no its not its at the lower end of the radiator hose end
Follow the upper rad hose to the engine and at the engine there is the thermostat housing. Make sure when replacing the thermostat the spring goes toward the engine.
To replace a lower radiator hose on a Ford Focus, use a bucket to catch any antifreeze that might leak. Loosen the clamp from both ends on the hose that needs to be replaced. Put the clamps on the new hose and reposition the hose on the radiator and the other end where it needs to go. Tighten the clamps. Refill the radiator with antifreeze.
