On most models, the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve is located on the throttle body.

The VSV is located on the intake manifold side of the emission control valve set.
Just locate the PCV valve wich is located on the back side of the left valve cover on V6 and is located on the top of the left valve cover on a V8 just pull it out and disconnect the vacuum line and install new one.

The heater control valve is used to shut off hot coolant from entering the core when the heater is in the off position. A heater control valve can be actuated by either a vacuum line or a cable from the vacuum heater control valve to the heater core. This hose should be warm; if not the heater control valve is stuck and needs to be replaced
