Yes...... Using a set of a/c gauges you will connect the red hose to the high side and the blue hose to the low side.. High side will be the smaller hose and the low side will be the larger hose...... High side is discharge and low side is suction side.........
right next to the compressor under the car
Contains no (R12) Freon. Freon was banned in 1996.
freon in a soda machine is the same as a refrigerator most of the time these machines and refrigerator's do not have service valves for the Freon in order to check the Freon you would have to attach a service valve to the high and low side known as the suction and liquid line
Check the EGR valve.
You most likely have a bad expansion valve or the system may be low on freon as well...
check the back of the compressor, they hide the there on the older models. volvodoctor
No, it should not leak freon because it is supposed to be a sealed unit.
I would suspect a bad needle valve and seat in the carburetor. The float level can also be set too high. I would replace the needle valve and seat and check float level.I would suspect a bad needle valve and seat in the carburetor. The float level can also be set too high. You have to add a valve to the dehumidifier in order to put Freon in a GE dehumidifier. The reason you have to add the valve is because dehumidifiers uses a sealed unit.
When you open the hood, on the left side there is a skinny pipe and you will see a valve with a green cap. This is where you put in the freon. When you buy the frion, it should come with a hose that just pushes on to the valve and shoots the freon into the pipe.
99 Tahoe does not use freon. it takes r-134a. You can check or add at the green capped valve on the tube coming from the compressor. There are two different size valves that will prevent you from using the wrong one.
