Looking over the right front fender the water pump on a 1987 - 1990 Chevy Celebrity 2.8L v6 is to the right of the Power Steering pump. There is a cover over the serpentine belt with the belt routing on it. The water pump is below that. Real easy to get to, real easy to change.
