The Fuel Filter on the Voyager is under the Vehicle. Get it up on a ramp, and you will find it under the driver or passenger side along the the door track. Good luck
If your 1990 Grand Plymouth Voyager cuts out and dies for not reason, but starts after a couple times of cranking, the starter might be going out. You can have the starter tested.
It is under the timing cover on a 3.0L

The tire size for a 1990 Plymouth Voyager van is P195/75R-14. At least that is what mine came with. I currently have P205/70R-14 installed. Check the tag on the Drivers door for the original size installed on yours.

the fuel filter is located directly above the fuel tank. tank must be dropped in order to reach the quick connect fitting. this is a different person..... On my 90 Voyager my in line fuel filter is under the van, crawl up under the passenger side door, you should then see it in that area. ~Christina~
On my 1990 Voyager, the transmission has a "safe," or "limp" mode. If something is wrong with the trans, it will not shift out of second gear. This is supposedly to allow you to drive to the repair shop at a reduced speed.
The 1990 Plymouth EGR valve is located on the outside of the air cleaner housing. The EGR valve can be found on the back side of the housing.
They are the two wire sensors that are screwed into the front of the transmission case. The input is closer to the engine.
Replacing one side halfshaft could range between $300 to $400.
