on mine it is under the bed in front of the water tank and can be accessed from the door inside the trailer in the front of bed. It is just to the right inside that compartment

On these earlier model 60 degree V6 engines the thermostat is located on the water pump. It is located on the right side of the water pump. There is three 10mm bolts that hold the water neck to the water pump.
