The wiper motor on a 1992 Chrysler LeBaron won't work if the motor has seized up or the fuse has blown. The switch inside the cabin or the wiring can also come loose and cause this problem.
Rockauto.com has them and so does O'Reilly's auto parts A Chrysler dealer should be able to get them.

The wiper cowl is the area at the base of the windshield that houses the wiper motor.
The wiper motor is located beneath the steering column of a Chrysler Sebring. To replace the motor, you need the proper wrenches and a replacement motor. You take out the bolts holding the motor in place, take out the motor, then reassemble with the new one.
Remove wiper arm then remove inside trim panel being careful not to crack it then remove motor connection then motor
