More seriously, it is located on the passenger side of the engine bay near the exhaust manifold. There will be two options, one for the oil which is located closer to the front of the vehicle (the headlights and such) than the other, which is for the Transmission Fluid (assuming you have an automatic transmission)
there is no dip stick it is filled from underneath a lube shop will do it cheap don't wait if your transmission is slipping
Check the dip stick.
pull out the transmission dip stick like your going to check the fluid level and just above the full mark on the dip stick it should be written on the dip stick!
on the passenger side of the engine about midway back
it's usually located right on top of the transmission. if not, you probably have a manual tranny, which don't have a dip stick.
it goes in the dip stick tube.

The 1995 Isuzu Rodeo will have one dipstick ?æon top of the engine, this is the oil dipstick. ?æThe transmission fluid is adjusted from beneath the car.
we have a 1998 rodeo and i could not find the dip stick for tranny then i went on-line and found out that these models have a sealed transmission therefore you can not check them for fluid level.
There is not a dipstick. There is a plug in the side of the transmission case and the mechanic has to remove it and use a gauge to check the level.
It's located on the left side of the engine. near the motor oil cap and spark plug coils.
The transmission dip stick is located near the oil dip stick. This is in a 1962 Catalina.
