Because during that time Italy had always wanted to expand their empire and when they switched sides to join the allies, they were promised more territories. However, once the allies won the war, Italy was not given all of the territories that it was promised and it also had very little say in what was to be done with the losers of the war

Italians were unhappy with the parliamentary system and felt that they had not been treated as well as the other big countries at the peace conference and did not get as much territory as they should have. Italy was unstable because strikes occurred, workers took over factories, and peasants seized land. A communist revolution might have broken out.

because after the war the settleing towns which were destroyed in the fights had to rebuild. They lost their homes and lifely hoods it took them years to reestablish their lifes again
