You can view unanswered questions in Cars and Vehicles. Make sure you are signed into your account. Then go on the left sidebar "Browse Categories" and search for that category. In the top left will be an option to filter "Answered" or "Unanswered" questions.

You'll see people on this site with thousands of answers that haven't even put a dent in all the questions on this site. Also many questions go unanswered when they are not categorized because at that point, they are put in the overflowing "uncategorized" category.
