There is a black fuse box under the hood, I believe right behind the battery, take the top off and the fuses will be marked on the inside of it.

While many cars today come with child locks as a standard feature there are some that do not. One of those is the 2005 impala.
The 2005 Nissan Altima offers many luxury and standard features. They range from power windows, power locks, sun roof, leather seats, and heated seats.
My door locks stopped working and I pulled the IOD fuse and reset it back after starting the vehicle. Now all locks work great to include the remote process. The IOD is mapped on the lid of the fuse box.

I had the same problem with my 1998 dodge ram 2500 truck. The power locks stopped working on both sides and quit responding to my remote unlock button. I read that if you disconnect the battery, things will reprogram....Well, I simply disconnected the red cable for a couple minutes and when I replaced it, the power locks worked!! Even with the remote!I had the same problem with my 2005 town an country,i was told by a dealer that all you have to do is disconnect the battery for about five minutes. It worked for me..................good luckwell i guarantee that does not work on 95 corsica as a matter of fact disconnecting the battery worsens the other problem were having with it stalls while cornering moderate acceleration and sometimes just real hard to start
The 2005 Dodge Caravans have software problem in the BCM that causes the power locks to quit working. The only fix is to bring the van to a dealer for a software flash update.I disconnected the battery cable and pulled the BCM fuse and the system reset and the door locks are working fine again.I also got my power door locks working. I pulled and reinstalled (but did not replace) all fuses and fuse blocks (but not the relays). The locks started working after that.I'm not sure if I'm using this site correctly as I'm new, but I found that disconnecting and reconnecting the lamp and horn relays fixed my same issue with the locks.Several people suggested resetting the fuses under the hood, and it worked. Others tried unplugging and plugging back in the battery and that also worked for them.I tried the suggestions and it worked for a short time, but now the locks are not working again. Funny thing is that the rear hatch locks still work, but all passenger and driver locks do not. Time to take it in and have a pro fix them? Resetting the fuses and relays doesn't help anymore.
