What you need is a new blower motor resistor. Usually have to buy them at the dealer. About 15 -20 bucks. Not to hard to replace yourself. It is located behind the glove box. Open the glove box and then squeeze both sides of the box. It will fall all the open. The resistor is right there. A couple of screws and replace it.
