As far as I know, Tender Vittles is no longer being made. My cat was addicted to it, too. From what I understand, the ingredient they used to keep the vittles tender (propylene glycol) that was found to be harmful to cats in the quantities it was being ingested, being that it was a daily food for a lot of cats. There were also concerns about the high amount of sugar and salt in the food.

∙ 16y ago2-22-08 - According to Purina they stopped manufacturing Tender Vittles the end of 2006. Accordingly, if you find this product anywhere, it will be over 1 year old.
