I'm going to say NO. The closest would be a .25 Stevens. Most were available in .22 and .30 or .32. The Hunter's Pet Pocket Rifle (really a long-barrelled pistol with a detachable shoulder stock) was chambered for almost everything from .22 short to 44-40 centerfire, but Cartridges of the World doesn't list any thing in 27 caliber that would have been appropriate or available at that time.
