Not sure where to find shonen jump , but if you want to read random mangas such as death note, naruto, bleach etc. etc. etc. go onto www.onemanga.com or www.mangafox.com you can read them all online for free. They upload Jump and other magazines as they come out. :D. Have fun!!!
Kinokuniya Bookstore in Singapore carries the Japanese magazines in their Japanese book section in their flagship store in Orchard Road, so it is likely that the Kinokuniya in KLCC Petronas Towers will have the same service. Jump Square and V-Jump have been seen there before, but not Weekly Shounen Jump, likely because they are snapped up very fast. It would be in Japanese text though.
Singapore's Comics Connection (comics chain store) has been known to bring in the US-version of Shounen Jump in the past (i.e. English language), but it is not known whether they are still doing this. Whether the contents are identical to the original Japanese is also not known.
