I don't think they're obtainable in Pokemon Diamond or Pearl, but it is possible to get them in Pokemon FireRed, Leafgreen, Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald. Once you get one from at least one of these games, you can transfer them to Pokemon Diamond or Pearl via Pal Park. ^_^

∙ 15y agoI know that this isn't very helpful but i know one place where you can get one. If you go to the lottery corner in the jubilife tv place you can win one from there. I'm afraid that is the best answer i can give you. Sorry!

∙ 15y agoAs far as I know you can't buy them anywhere, you have to find them by the balls on the ground when walking or dowsing poketech app (you know the funny grid thing that if you tap the screen it shows where an item is hiding.
