If it only leaks when you drive it, either the trunk lid is not lined up properly, or, the trunk gasket is defective.
I fixed my '92 Lumina by:
1. Remove the trunk gasket, all doors gaskets, and rear-window moulding.
2. Remove all of the old seam-sealer around the trunk, doors, and rear window.
3. Using a caulking gun, apply new seam-sealer to all seams.
4. If desired, sand, prime, and repaint affected areas. Most will be covered by gaskets (no need to paint).
5. Install the trunk and door gaskets. The rear-window moulding, most likely, won't be reusable after removal. It is available at most auto-glass companies, or the dealer. But if you're good with a caulking gun, and want to save some money, forget the rear-window moulding and fill the gap with window-weld sealant.
Today was the first day in six (or more) years that my Lumina's trunk stayed dry...

Fold the back seat down, and look in the trunk itself... You should see a yellow lever. Pull it and it should open your trunk, with out the keys. Other wise you'll have to call a locksmith (of get a pry-bar)
