If these are the factory joints, there is not a 'zerk-fitting' for greasing it through.
I read a tip somewhere - probably here on WikiAnswers! - that a needle attachment to the grease gun could allow you to get "some" grease under the boot.
Even without being able to add grease, they do last quite a while - but like all suspension components, they're going to wear and need replacing some time.
