I believe there is none, it has an Electronic Power Steering. They replaced mine on my 2003 ION.
There probably is no power steering fluid in the 05 Saturn. Saturn employs an electric assisted power steering system that still has a rack and pinion, but is electrically operated. A much easier, more bulletproof design in my opinion.
The 2005 Cobalt has an electrical steering system. There is no power steering fluid used. The steering column has lubrication points.
