Was wondering the same thing and after much digging, it appears this was shot in the Aspen area. If you search Chevy Silverado commercial film location on google, one of the results is titled memorandum. I selected quick view, as the PDF wasn't working, but doc shows the exact shooting locations (if interested).

Under this arrangement, Sportscapers provided Construction Services and Casting Services for this nationally aired commercial. This commercial features the new Chevy 1500 Silverado. The backdrop is downtown Houston. In three days, Sportscapers built a Little League Baseball Field complete with Fencing, Lights, Dugouts and Bleachers.
