These would include the Red Cross, American Friends Service Committee, UNICEF, Doctors without Borders, and Amnesty International. Thus far, other than the Quakers no religious denomination or direct charity- such as the Salvation Army, has ever been given the award. It is arguable that UNICEF is the world"s largest secular (non-religious) charitable org.
