I haven't heard of a stopped up brake line but I think a proportioning valve would give you the same symptoms. If it is the proportioning valve then you should only have one axel working because the valve picked up a leak or ?? and shut down fluid to that axel
It is located behind the plastic splash shield in the left front wheel house. If you are looking at the left front wheel the proportioning valve is located at approximately the 2:00 o'clock position of the wheel behind the splash shield.

Horn valve? Please give more info.
Yes.
The master cylinder may be at fault (internal seals bad). The proportioning valve may be at fault (frozen). The system may not be bled properly (air in system). The rear wheel brake cylinders may be at fault (frozen).
Assuming V8 gasoline engine, it should be bolted onto the intake manifold.
You might want to examin your proportioning valve
Check your EGR valve Check EGR valve
That would be a 4L60E
It is on the left side of the TBI Throttle body, and it screews into the side of it. with a electric connector plug on it. ( Idle speed control) The EGR valve is on the lrft side of the intake manifold, close to the valve cover.
That would be the 4L60E transmission.
