Dirt bikes can be purchased from any vehicle dealership that sells motorcycles and dirt bikes. Also, one can shop for it at any sports equipment store.

How long does it take to drive to the northern lights?
I was just up in Alaska(Oct of 2008). I'm not sure which part of the world you are in but I flew into Anchorage and drove up to Fairbanks. I think anywhere just north of Anchorage you'll be able to see them but when you get up to Fairbanks and out of the city lights you'll see them just fine. The best time to see them I have been told is Feb and Mar. I guess that's when the skies are freest of cloud cover. Anyways it's about a 5 hour drive from Anchorage to Fairbanks.
