It is not a fuse problem. The HVAC resistor pack is defective. Replace it.
Check the fuses for your brakes.

Check to see if you are getting power to it. Turn on A/C or Defroster. --if so fan motor is bad Take jumper wire from battery to and remove wiring harness connect directly to battery to see if fan works. Check fuses

Check the light switch. Resistor coil for dimming may be broken. Dome light and everything else worked on mine but the light switch was broken at the start of the resistor coil.
do not try to reset the computer. plug both the black & gray 7 pin components back in. as well as all other plugins. check if it works. if you do nont receive power to your radio, check your fuses located under the steering wheel. there are two. im more then positive if your not receiving power, your fuses are blown

Not sure what vehicle you have but check the fuses. Some vehicles have separate fuses for left and right headlights.
Check the fuses then check the brake light switch.
