Its not your Transmission Fluid. If you have a clutch it is probably going bad. You can check your clutch master cylinder fluid in the engine compartment. It is just like your brake master cylinder. Chiltons has repair manuals at the library I think. Or the manual in your car should show you where it is.
To pump a clutch: push the clutch all the way to the floor, let it come back up fully, repeat several times
2 reasons: 1. There is no fluid in your master cylinder due to a leaking master cylinder or slave cylinder or 2. You blew your clutch

If a Honda Accord is smoking when the gas is pressed down than it is possibly running to rich. The car will need to be checked to see if to much fuel is being fired by the injectors.
