Take it to anyplace that accepts used engine oil for recycling. Walmart, and most auto parts stores.
Most autoparts stores will take used oil for recyling. Local landfills generally take waste oil too.
The bottom part of the engine is the oil pan. There will be a drain plug on it, remove drain plug and oil will come out; properly dispose of oil.
You can dispose them at any oil and gas stations
Without an oil filter in place the engine oil would just be pumped out of the engine , so the engine would run until the engine seized
It circulates throughout the engine area. Unless it leaves the oil pan from the oil plug then it should go into some kinda container so you can dispose of it. Most parts store can do that for you.
The engine no longer would have a capable method of keeping itself clean, which means that the engine would not be usable. -The oil lubricates the engine so no oil means the engine would over heat and seize up. Which would be a costly mistake.-
Oil is used in the engine for lubrication and for cooling. If the engine did not have oil it would overheat and soon seize from the heat and wear on engine components. This would destroy the engine in a very short period of time.
Not suitable at all. Your engine would self-destruct.
Check your local Wal Mart auto department. Many of them will dispose it for you.
Take it to a quick oil change place and they can recycle it with their used oil.
the oil lubricates the engine parts, without it the engine would lock up and be ruined
