Where would you find the fuses for the climate control on a VW Touareg?

It is possible that both of the fuses are bad for the low beam headlights and the cruise control. A loose ground wire could cause the fuses to blow.

Likely it's messed up in the muti purpose stalk so that would have to be changed.
