The eastern hemisphere includes 5 out of the 7 continents. The continents in the eastern hemisphere are Australia, Europe, Asia, half of Antarctica, and two thirds of Africa.
There is not a continent entirely in the Eastern Hemisphere. However, because the globe has to be either Eastern/Northern, Eastern/Southern or Western/Northern Western/Southern. Here are a few that are in the Eastern hemisphere; Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, and part of Antarctica.
South America is the only continent of which no part is in the eastern hemisphere.
The continents in the eastern hemisphere include part of Europe, part of Africa, roughly half of Antarctica, a tiny tiny bit of North America, and almost all of Asia. Australia is also located completely in that hemisphere.
Continents located fifteen degrees east of the Prime Meridian include Europe and Africa. These continents fall within the eastern hemisphere and are part of the Old World.

If we take the Eastern Hemisphere to be the part of the earth between longitude 0 and the 180th meridian, travelling East, then South America is the only continent to be exclusively in the Western Hemisphere. If we take the International Date Line as the boundary, then both North and South America are entirely in the Western Hemisphere.
The division between Eastern and Western hemispheres is usually accepted as the 0 and 180 degrees lines of longitude, running through Greenwich (London) and between Russia and Alaska. This makes a small part of Europe and Africa in the Western hemisphere, and half of Antarctica. A tiny bit of Asia (part of Russia) is in the Western hemisphere too.
