All mammals feed their young on milk. this is the defining characteristic of a mammal, as no other group in the animal kingdom has this trait.

Mammals include placental mammals (e.g. humans, rodents, stock animals, domestic pets, bears, wild canines and large cats, rabbits and hares, marine mammals such as whales, dolphins, dugongs, etc); marsupials (e.g. kangaroos, koalas, wombats, bandicoots, Tasmanian devils, etc); and monotremes(the egg-laying mammals, which include just the platypus and echidna).

For some reason it is hard to find this information on the internet. The only thing I could find was how Cows produce milk. It might be the same for other animals though too. First, the animal eats grass or hay or whatever it eats, and then the food is digested. After it has been digested it passes through the intestines and the nutrients are extracted, put into the blood stream, and then the nutrients collect in the utters or breast area and form milk.

many animals make milk it depends on were you live. every animal including humans have different milk all customized for the young of their breed. milk in America comes from cows. there is a place were goat milk is drank. in Egypt they have water buffalo. in the far north they have caribo milk. and im sure there are others as well.

I believe that Humans drink the most milk in their lifetimes. Far as I know, we are the only species that continues to drink milk after infancy. Cats and dogs will drink milk after infancy. It is not necessarily good for their digestion or teeth, but I have seen them drink it first hand.
