Well, it depends on a lot of things. The alligator is dangerous, because it tends to hold on and preform a death roll. A death roll is when the alligator has it's prey in it's mouth, and drags them into the water where it spins lengthwise numerous times. This usually ends in the victim drowning. However, the shark can be just as dangerous. Since sharks have numerous teeth and massive bite force, just one bite in the wrong area could be fatal. But sharks can also be 'curious' where the shark swims up and sort of bites once, then realizes it isn't food and swims away. Meanwhile, the alligator knows what it's biting is human, and pulls you into the water, refusing to let go. So, as I said before, it all depends.

i would say the shark because it swims faster and longer distance so it would be harder to get away from and it can kill you in one bite, wile you can be attacked and bit by and alligator and still live.
