Glasses. Definatley. My friend had contacts when she was a kid, and she said it was a nightmare. She couldn't put them on without scratching her eyes, and when they were finally on, they had smudges all over them.
Glasses are better.

Both are basically the same. It dePends on what you like. Glasses- get in the way more and are not useful for sports. Easy to put on. Contacts- help for sports, irritating to put in, sometimes hurt during the day but you can get used to them, are cheaper, make you look better. Personally, I enjoy contacts more. I had both, but contacts were way better. It takes about a month to get used to taking them in and out, but it is worth it.
