You have the bandage loose so the burn has some air to heal and you don't have to put dry bandage you can put some creme on that's for burns instead but you do put dry bandage do the water or whatever does not fill the holes of the bandage
REMOVAL OF FABRIC BANDAGE STUCK TO .... WIZEWUN SUGGESTS: Assuming that it is blood or plasma which has dried on the bandage to cause it to adhere to skin and the wound, then irrigate the bandage with boiled water which you allow to cool down to tepid (warm). You can then wrap a sheet of cling film over it for an hour or so and allow the dried plasma to absorb the water while you go on living. When the plasma has softened it will release and the bandage may be removed without disturbing the healing. Good health!

Well on the bottle it says "to remove liquid bandage just apply more liquid bandage then rinse with water" So I would do that, clean your wound, then apply more.
Most bandages no longer need to be or should be washed. If it is cloth you can boil it in water or wash it in bleach. You want to make sure its sterile and bleach or boiling can do this. The best suggestion is to just use a new bandage each time.
